Q - Should I take a multi-vitamin in pregnancy?

A - Yes. I encourage you to take a multi-vitamin specifically for pregnancy, especially if you have had a previous small baby.


Q - Can I use aromatherapy oils whilst I'm pregnant?

A - After 12 weeks of pregnancy, on a general basis, the citrus oils can be used diluted, and the lavender from 28 weeks onwards, also diluted, but not on a daily basis. It is advisable to speak to an aromatherapist, or email me with a more specific question.


Q - What is the best form of exercise in pregnacy?
